LARGER CUBIC CAPACITY – OVERSIZED CARGO
40ft Open Top Containers provide twice the length and larger cubic capacity for storage and transportation. These Open Tops are built using Corten steel for high strength, durability, and a longer in-service life. These containers have flexible loading features including a removable rear door header rail that swings open to help easy access above the door line, and removable anti-theft roof bows to enable unobstructed access to cargo via the open top of the container with the use of a crane or forklift.
These versatile Open Tops are specifically designed for cargo that is too large or difficult to fit through the rear doors of a standard dry freight container, such as heavy machinery, construction equipment, oversized pipes, timber, and coils of steel.
Open Tops come equipped with high-strength removable roof bows to help keep the load secure and safe and covered with a heavy-duty TIR approved tarpaulin to protect the cargo from wind, rain, and external elements.
