Key Tasks and Activities:
Performance:
- Identifying and securing business for the leasing of containers in traditional and non-traditional container applications
- Generating and presenting professional and comprehensive proposals in line with the company’s and the customers need
- Building, maintaining, and enhancing productive business relationships
- Increase the company’s presence and activity in all markets in the area of responsibility
- Indentifying and securing one-way respositioning business from both domiciled and non-domiciled accounts on an “as needed” basis
- To aid Container Sales and other such activities
- To receive market intelligence from non-domiciled accounts and share such informatoin to the responsible Sales Offices
Processes
- Obtain competitive intelligence from lessors and depots for reporting to Head Office or responsible Sales Office
- Generating and leading professional PowerPoint presentations
- Generate lease documents for managemnet examination and approval
- Provide credit informatoin and feedback on new potential customers to the Credit Committee
- Input into the formulation of Sales Office’s budget and targets
- To assist Accounts Receivables department and collect debts, when required
- Generatoin of Weekly and Monthly Reports as required

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, Europe, this role will be responsible to prospect, develop, maintain, and grow business for the Seaco fleet of container equipment in Benelux, France and Mediterranean. This position will require the negotiation of contracts in compliance wtih the company policy.
Marketing Director, Tanks – Asia
Reporting to the VP Marketing & Container Sales – Asia, this role will focus on all aspects of sales, marketing, and business development of the Tank leasing buisness in the region. Responsible for seeking to advance Seaco’s position and market share in Asia, this will require the market research of new account or industrial segment prospecting to help maintain and grow the business with existing and new customers, whilst promoting new business development opportunities in leasing.
